0165(3)(f) Plastic drawers used as barriers in preschool #1 and art shelf in pre-K room are not secured and posed safety concern if fall on children. 0165(3)(g) Observed flaking paint on diaper changing tables. Preschool #1 room: area rugs curled on edges posing tripping hazard. Pre-K room: white shelf wood rotted on the bottom with flaking paint on both sides of the shelf. Pre-K room: a hand washing sink has chipped corner exposing bare rotten wood.
